This package is the full deal and includes the assistance of all wedding aspects top to bottom, start to finish until the very moment the two of you say ”I DO!” This service begins very shortly after you announce your engagement and pick a wedding date.
Before wedding day
Planning
Wedding Management
- Initial in-person or online consultation with bride and groom to discuss the wedding vision
- Unlimited e-mail correspondence
- Unlimited scheduled phone calls
- Vendor Referrals
- Aiding with choosing ceremony and reception venue
- Personalizing wedding vision board & Assisting with budget management
- Attending all vendor meetings and reviewing of all vendor contracts
- Creation and management of vendor contact list along with vendor payments tracking with reminders of when a payment is due
- Creation of customized outstanding items/tasks checklists from the time of booking to the month of the wedding
Wedding Organization
- Support with hotel booking accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Assistance with wedding stationery, save the dates, invitations, RSVP’s, wedding website, etc.
- Booking the engagement shoot with the chosen photographer
- Bridal services including: Sourcing out salons, booking appointments and making arrangements for bride’s dress as well as bridal party dresses
- Groom services including: assistance with groom and groomsmen’s suits
- Arrangements of Bridal party transportation for the day of
- Scheduling of food tasting
- Tracking RSVP’s & Seating chart (Floor plan) mapping creation
- Final details meeting with the venue which also includes wedding items setup overview
- Wedding day itinerary creation and distribution to vendors
- Close communication with all vendors throughout the entire process

Wedding Coordination
- Onsite coordination by lead planner and an assistant of wedding day formalities, getting ready photos, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
- Setup of wedding items and couple’s décor
- Coordinating with reception venue staff and other vendors
- Delivery of final payments to vendors
- Providing complimentary access to the main emergency kit
- Complimentary kids coloring entertainment packages for children ages 3 – 12
